Awkward DreadHead Comics Releases First-Ever Comic Book Soundtrack

 Awkward Dreadhead Comics, an independent comic book publisher announced today the release of their first-ever comic book soundtrack. The soundtrack will accompany their latest comic book series “Black Indigo” and feature music from Hooked Like Helen, N'shai Iman, PlanetRAWK, I'm Chinese, Darwin and 6ix The Wizard. 

The first single from the soundtrack is “Solo” by r&b artist N’shai Iman who brings alive the art with her vocals. BLACK INDIGO is about a female infantry solider who's set up and left for dead by her own government. She will now stop at nothing to kill everyone involved. 

Awkward Dreadhead Comics aims to bring  more action packed female oriented representation with amazing diverse characters. For too long, comics have lacked authentic diversity, but with BLACK INDIGO, we are working to change that by putting a powerful heroine at the center of the story and building a world in which people of all backgrounds are reflected and celebrated.

The soundtrack and digital copy of BLACK INDIGO will be released on November 7th and physical copy will be available for purchase on https://awkwardreadheadcomics.com/ as well as select comic book stores around the country.
